Returns and Exchanges
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Carat & Co., we offer exchanges or store credit only within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are not available.
All exchanges require approval and apply only to items purchased at caratco.com or in our retail location, based on the criteria below. Items marked FINAL SALE or listed in the SALE category are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Carat & Co. has sent an item in error.
Exchange Eligibility

Products must be in original, unworn condition and include all original packaging (manufacturer’s box, warranty card, certificates, and any accompanying papers).

Watch bracelets must remain in their original, unsized condition. Any modifications, such as sizing or added/removed links, void eligibility.

Items with non-manufacturer customizations, engraving, scratches, damage, marks, moisture, improper use, or evidence of tampering may not be accepted for exchange.

To avoid restocking fees, ensure all original tags, wrappings, and documentation are intact and in brand-new condition. Items with visible wear or damage may incur a restocking fee.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Only one exchange per order is permitted if approved.

Carat & Co. reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange that does not meet the above requirements.
Shipping & Responsibility

If your exchange is approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

The item remains your responsibility until it is received by Carat & Co.

If you do not select an immediate exchange, a store credit will be issued for use in-store or online at caratco.com.

Pre-ordered or special-ordered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In some cases, a store credit may be offered for cancellations, less a transaction fee.

Submit your return or exchange request via our Contact Form below. We will respond within 48 hours.

Mail your product or visit our store for in-person exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking & Insurance: You must provide us with a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. Carat & Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced packages during transit.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your exchange.
