At Carat & Co., we carefully process all online orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.

SHIPPING

Important: Carat & Co. currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

We offer complimentary shipping for qualifying orders or full priced items:

- Free USPS Ground Shipping on orders over $200
- Complimentary Express Shipping with insurance and signature confirmation on orders over $2,000

All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security. No promo code is needed, select the complimentary shipping option at checkout.

UPS SHIPPING

You may select UPS as your preferred carrier. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment are:

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air®: Delivered by the second business day

  • UPS 3 Day Select®: Delivered by the third business day

  • UPS Next Day Air®: Delivered the next business day

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped the following business day.

We do not ship on weekends. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship on Monday.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Carat & Co. is not liable for lost, damaged, or tampered packages once tracking confirms delivery. We are also not responsible for delivery delays caused by missed signature attempts, weather, technical issues, or carrier circumstances beyond our control. If you notice that your package has been tampered with, please contact us immediately at sales@caratco.com
